I just got the M-Audio Radium Controller today. I never used midi before, just an MPC. I got a footswitch as well. I want to be able to play a note and hold down the switch and have that note play (or loop) until I release the footswitch. I just don't know how to get it working.

I have my footswitch plugged right into the controller. That's how I would like to use it, because I would also like to use it on my PC as well.

I can tell the footswitch works because the MPC reads the performance data. I think when it's pressed it's at 127 and when I let go it's at 0. I don't know what that means, but I'm trying to give you all the info I can.

If you could help me understand this it will be greatly appreciated!

Ok I think I figured out the problem. I converted my program into a keygroup prog. and it seems to be working now.

I do have a different question though. With a sustain pedal can I set it to sustain at different points in the sample not just the tail end of it, and also get the whole sample to loop with the pedal?
