turning off mpc

i jus got my mpc2kxl today.... and im guessing to shut it off u jus press the butten on the back... but it seems kinda weird that there is no shut down screen or anything...

ya kno people new to mpc's come to this forum for help... ive sat with this mpc for 20 min and i want to make sure i turn it off correctly...

read the manual before you post. Your 20 min with the mpc should have been preceded by AT LEAST 2 hours with the manual. You wouldnt have had to ask the question.

Just shut it off man. No issues, as long as any sounds/programs/sequences were seved to disk prior.
