Hum from my MPC 60

Another question I have is this: How do I reduce noise coming from my MPC 60? There's low hum that is present in my songs which is less noticeable if the samples are recorded at a higher volume. Is this a problem that can be fixed internally or do I just continue using the compressor/noisegate I have (which doesn't totally fix the problem)?

Maybe I just need to drop some $$ and get it serviced at FORAT...

Based on your previous post about the crashing issue.
Mixed with this one about the HUM.
I concur with sending it to Bruce for repair.
You'll be dropping $$$ as opposed to $$. Well worth it though to have the repair job done properly.

Thanks for the power supply tip on the other post. Your insight is helpful. I'm now going to cross my fingers and hope for the best...

Let us know what the culprit is , i have a light hum on mine too i would like to get fixed.
