Exporting samples from laptop to mpc?

Is it possible? sounds dumb but I cant seem to get it right.

2500..I thought that would be the whole point of having usb? Thats why I bought the damn thing!

Yes thats possible but you need some kind of storage memory, a cf card or a hd in the mpc. You cant load you samples directly into the ram, neither can you load (from the load menu) from any devices attached by usb.

connect usb to pc mount your cf or hd to your computer then drag and drop

you would have to covert the sample to a .wav with correct 8 or 16 bit 22 - 44.1 kHz (not sure on how exactly how to do that)

or

you can get a cable that has headphone size jacks on both ends then get a converter to convert the headphone jack to quarter inch and plug it into the record in on your MPC (guareented a grity sound)

there is a really cool program thats free to downoad called `switch` just google it, its free shareware and i`ve used it for 2 years now no probs

into whatever u want, just set the convertion to wav 16bit 44100 mhz and tell it where to save and your laughing!

then its as simple as drag and drop into whatever storage media your using to load into your mpc
