allyou gotta do is plug the the output cables on your mpc into the soundcard input...
u may need some cables for this so check your local guitar center or radio shack...
once youve done that, launch soundforge:
1) click the lil red circular icon to launch the record menu
2) click the "monitor" icon
3) play back your mpc seq/song
4) adjust the volume of the mpc until your "peaks" or kicks and snares typically are barely taooing the red (dont go too loud)..make sure your meters arent blasting into the red area...
5) stop the mpc and bring the sequencer back to the top of the song/seq...
6) hit the red circular record button inside the record menu and press play on the mpc about 2 seconds later
7) let your shizz play out...("RECORDING" should be flashing in red)

press the stop button (record button changes to stop button) when your all done..
9) save your audio file and burn in your cd burning software or import it into itunes or whatever u use for mp3's
10) listen at high and low volumes in your vehicle of choice
11) make mental notes of "too loud snares" and too much bass, etc...
11) go back to your mpc and adjust volumes accordingly til it sounds toight...yesh... like a toiger...yesh
good luck playboy
