Any ideas on how I would setup a clicktrack for my drummer so that samples that I trigger during a show from the MPC1000 will be in sync with him? Can I send a "headphone mix" to him that only has the click and not the samples that I trigger, AND not have the click track playing through the main outs ?(dont want the audience to hear the click obviously)

Thanks,
Mac

Cant remeber if/how you can assign the click track but if anything sample a click and sequence it and assign that track out from one of the assignables outs. Just an idea.

Assignable outs for the click have been introduced in the JJ OS1, after the free version iirc

Hi There, this is exactly what i am trying to do by using my Roland PD8 triggers pad to my MPC.

I'm a drummer and I want to run samples live and use click but not have click be heard by everyone.

I don't have OS JJ can this be done by just the MPC1000??

Any help is greatly appreciated:)

Rok on!

like poundaproblem said just record your own click track and send it out of one of the sub outs. then only your drummer can hear it and he stays on time with your samples.
