512kWords are 768 kByte (12 Bit = 1.5 Byte). That's the standard memory. How much sampling time that corresponds to depends on the bandwidth you sample with, as the manual stated it is "between over a minute at reduced bandwidth to just over 9 seconds at full bandwidth".

Note that the RAM expansion boards for the 950 are very hard to find on their own.

Depends on which sample rate you choose when recording your samples.
If you have 512 k words then it's just the basic stock RAM (720kb).

So I think you should get somewhere between about 10 and 60 seconds of sampling time. But don't quote me on that.

Aren't the mem. expansion boards the same ones used in the 60?
