Preset sounds in the 1K?

Hey everyone, OK, I'm a newbee and I searched but I couldn't find any posts on this question. The samples sounds that come with the 1k, are they preset sounds (meaning they can't change)? I want to dive right into my 1k and start doing all kinds of new things but I'm scared that I might erase something and never be able to get it back.

AKAIPRO.COM HAS THE PRESET THAT ON THE FC BOTH INTERNAL AND AUTO LOAD FOLDER FOR DOWNLOAD SO YOU WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT LOSING THEM I JUST FOUND OUT THIS TODAY

You could just turn them off, (see manual), no need to delete them unless you want to put something else in the internal flash. I keep them there for quick demos to groupies.
