I don't use ho tools but, is it true that ho tools only works with digidesign hardware? If that's the case, the presonus won't work out with ho tools?!?

Ho Tools, Fo Sho! I know one kid who uses pro tools, and I'm always asking him if he's done sucking on that digidesign D**K yet.

This is absolutely true - The Digidesign interfaces act like a dongle for pro tools - You can't even OPEN pro tools without having a pro tools compatible interface connected to the computer.

My advice to anyone - Stay away from Pro Tools unless you are actually a professional and yr going to be taking yr tracks into another studio for further production or mixing work. Cubase is where it's at!

HAHAHAHAHA, good laugh right there....

I actually have a used digi001 and i love it, but I never wanted to use ho-tools, I have used vegas for years and i'm sticking with that.

I said this in another thread just the other day, there are so many other daw possibilities out there, I wish people would venture out more and not just follow the industry crowd, pro sounding stuff can be made without ho-tools....
