cant record the tune slider effect ???

hello all

i have a problem to record a track .
i turn on slider on my program with the tune option
i set up the tune as i want for my sample, and record the track
then, when i replay the track, sample start with normal tune, if i push a pad with the tune effect apply, the tune effect comeback on my track ..

is anybody can explain me how to properly record my tune level so i havent to setup it at each play .. ??

Are you using real time? If you are you need to use note on.
