HD gone wrong with upgrade

Watsup forum, Im getting this bootlock cf card error after Installing 4.99. Note my cf drive isnt working. I decided to get a hd adapter and hook this up to my computer. Anyone know what I can do on the pc to change this hd.

I tried holding window on startup also??
