I have got alot of samples that I want to use in my mpc but most of the samples are 24bit 44hz and I need to convert them to 16bit 44hz in order to use in the mp. I have Goldwave but as far as I can see, I only can convert one sample at a time which is taking forever unless there is a feature on Goldwave that can do this and I don't know about it.

Does anyone know of any programs where I can dump more than one file in it at a time and just tell it what to convert the files in to?

in goldwave, select the file tab, then batch processing. that will open a new window. you will have to set the parameters to 16/44k and drag all of your samples to the window. thats my converter of choice.
