I got 2 so far with 0.90. They're listed in the Bug Reports topic.

I had a few in the earlier versions that I wasn't able to report, since I wasn't home when they happend and didn't have a chance to write down that info.
From what I can gather, it seems that these stack dumps occur when new features are added. So I'm hoping this won't be a recurring problem throughout the entire development of the OS.

hey, sorry this is across two threads!.. this was on the bug fixes page.

Important
The user who crashed by Ver0.81 needs to switch on a power supply,
pressing the [ERASE] key, after installing Ver0.82 or Ver0.83.

I just reset the unit, went into Pattern mode again (MODE + PAD11) and got another stack dump.
Well, at least I know I went through the process of elimination to confirm that Pattern mode really needs to be fixed.

thats why you're better off avoiding pattern edit, or at least try to re-create these stack dumps before you end up losing a bangin' beat.

spoke to soon! i just got the stack dump,
it only does it for me if i go to the far right on the tune line with the cursor then use the data wheel, i have no problems on the velocity or shift parameter lines.

this is the message i got, which i think is different to yours in the bug reports distorted:

yeah that's happened to me as well, as far as moving the cursor too far to the right. but from what i experienced, it's not a matter of moving the cursor too far, since i was trying to edit the 2nd bar.

if we all post our stack dumps, hopefully it'll help jj out, since each stack dump contains a different data message.
i've included my stack dumps when i reported the bugs to jj.

this is good to know, so are both of your stack dumps only in conjunction to the new pattern edit thingy feature? or is it happening everywhere.

so far, only in Pattern mode (MODE + PAD11).
