I know it's a long shot but I'm havin a few problems with syncing my mpc proberly with my setup....i wonder if any of you technical wizards can help...
i've got the midiman byport wirting and the after conbverting smpte to midi time code so that it will sync my mpc2000xl to my fostex 8-track....
the midiman writes to the the tape and when I play the smpte back into the midiman it locks to the signal but doesn't sync my mpc at all...
I i have tried various midi settings on the mpc but i can't seem to get the thing to sync at all.....what the hell is going on... and please will somebody help and sugest something....thankyou v.much,.
