Saving on zip disks

I was just wondering how people go about saving their projects and
partitioning on a zip disk. Can someone explain this in detail any help
will be appriciated.

I partition mine into 4 partitions and just name my sequences as the beat names.

This is gonna sound retarded but how do you partition a disk. I couldn't
figure it out.

You have to do in the load/save screen if remember right I haven't had to do it in so long. But just take your put it in and hit format and it should do it and then it should ask you how many partitions you want.
