love it
though i like sitting forward, over my mpc
it's how i've gotten used to it.

my ideal studio would have no chair. instead, a silent treadmill, moving at a slow walking speed under my (raised) desk

this way i'd be walking, slowly, keeping my heart rate up while working on beats
brain works best when myelin is or whatever is called is flowin

this is brilliant, i remeber suggesting using a prism a while back but this is more practical, although obviously you need to build it

i have got to make me one of these!

the way my studio is set up now, with my desk and chair i have to bend a little to see my mpc screen, dosen't really look like much, but when i'm doin it for a long time it can really bust my balls.

peace

I mostly work on beats standing up. I like your Idea a lot. Because my workflow currently consists of 45 min to an hour at the MPC followed by 10 - 15 minutes of frantic pacing. If I could do my Pacing WHILE I made my beats... As for the mirror box, seems like a lot of trouble.

Save some utility money. Hook up a generator to that treadmill and plug in the MPC.

my dream house will be in the mountains next to an active stream
i'll set up a badass water mill to a generator and use that for lighting
constant energy, perfectly clean and recyclable
rotating solar cells on top of my house/in strategic trees
silent treadmill under my studio
