Wrongs!

so i have the mpc 1000 and i try to load a sample in i have the sample as a .wav file and when i try to play it.. it doesnt play...and when i try to load it in it says Wrong File!! so any suggestions?

thanks man my only prob now is dat it says theres no space for it.. i just got my mpc and i have a 128 MB card so i dont see how i dont have room 4 even 1 sample

Irs not your card its you RAM.
The mpc1000 only comes with 16mb. You will find that a sample will take this up very fast. I try to keep my samples at around 5 secs until I do the Ram upgrade.
Its a cheap upgrade and will give you 128 MB's of ram and hell of a lot more room to lay with samples. For now just practice with the small smaples and get the hang of it.

Card is for read/write storage only.

Onboard ram is for working with samples.

Learn the difference.
