PGM Files

Was loading a bunch of hits, basses, etc onto the flash card.
It just dawn n me that I can not bring them up as a program as they do not have PGM files.
How can I make a PGM file on my desktop before I load the individual beats o the MPC CF?

So the MpcPgmMaker 1.0.6 and the BlueBox do the samething?
Thank god there is this as It would take forever to make PGM files for all the sounds I have.
