there are only three reviews of varying degrees, if your looking for an assesment why not search here after all it is the mpc forum and most often the only opinion that matters is "yours"

For sure. I was just teasing really. My mind is made up already to buy an Akai MPC. Still debating on the 1000 or 2500. Since I really have a sequencer in my Motif ES the MPC is really to complement my Korg Radias and vocals. All this patched into a Fostex MR8 HD, I think my bases are pretty well covered.

shiiiiiiiitttt yea right im saying he has the resources right here in this very forum why would you go to harmony central (weither the reviews are good or bad) when that forum is catered to all things fkin guitar or bass

get the 2500 or the new 3500 when it comes out... don't bother with the 1000... the pads are too small in my opinion. You want a larger machine to jam out with. trust, Im happy

Yep. looks like it's the 2500. Now do you know where to get info on the 3500?
