Cleaning buttons!

anyone know the best way to clean the buttons...some times it takes 2 or 3 hits to make the left arrow key work.

It might not need cleaning it might be ready to break. I use Clorox wipes & Qtips on every MPC I have had and works fine.

ok so ...remove the front plate and clean buttons ../??

Removing the front plate might be hard I need to do it to mine so it's centered but I am kind of scared to do it.

I have taken the part that the buttons are attached to and cleaned all four sides of each and every button on tw0 60 II's with a qtip... but you should hit it with some canned air too while you have it open... its not too hard...

These switches are a sealed variety and not easily cleanable. They only cost about .22 cents each, but the job will require simple soldering, and ofcourse disassembling the mpc. I just ordered some last week!

Anybody want to post some pictures of how to clean an MPC 60II because I'm kind of wary of opening it up and then forgetting what goes where...

take picture's, our draw every step on a paper and place the screws there.. just do it in order.
