audio data transfer from MPC to PC (via MIDI clock???)

i wonder if there is any better method to transfer the audio tracks from MPC to PC, then recording every track manually and putting it together later...

i got nuendo to mix it on my PC.
if i could synchronize the MPC with Nuendo it would be perfect.
but i only use wav sounds, no midi sounds...
could this work?
