He doesn't give you tracking #. Rohan sent mine out on a Wed and I got it on Wed the next week but I am in Cali so it might be shorter for you.

Yeah but from the day you order he tells you it willtake him 2-3 days to make your OS. So add that aswell and don't include the weekends cause those are not business days.

Well it's not fully a personalized OS. But he does make the startup screen have your number of MPC and Your Name & Serial #. But if you don't have a 3000 then it wouldn't pertain.
