What mixer do you guys use?

Had one of those sht Behringer MX2442 crappo things, just got my Akai DPS 24... highly reccomended, loooooooooooove it

If I understand your question right, just pan channel 1 hard left and channel2 hard right: 3 hard left and 4 hard right. Now you have 2 stereos from 4 monos.

Mono inputs are what your after really...Better seperation.

Plug your 1/4 jacks from your MP and sound module then pan from within each device.

I.e On the MPC, pan sounds u want to come out on channel 1 of the mixer hard left and vice-versa. (Remember to leave pan on mixer centered)#

Certainly. The A&H is top quality but it's my DJ mixer. I couldn't spend the extra cash and needed lots of inputs so I went for the Behringer to hook all my gear up.

I'm currently using a Behringer UB1622FX desk. I dont mind it but i'm running out of inputs! What's that Yamaha o1V like? does it still cut it today? how many inputs does it have standard, and when it comes to recording into my PC how many tracks will i be able to record at once. At the moment i'm having to play a song like 10 times over to record all the tracks! it's killing me!

Ok thanks Davis and Bravo, I think I understand you now. I was just worried that when I panned my MPC internally that it wouldnt get canceled out when I used a Mono channel on the Mixer. thanks
