Transfer from internal memory to pc via usb?

Is this possible? If so, how can it be done? I've never had to use the usb to transfer until my CF drive malfunctioned so I was hoping to move a sequence off the mpc1000's internal memory to my computer through the usb

I doubt thats possible! Your computer can't read your MPC's Internal memory... I could be wrong tho'.....
