use some initiative, if you fvk around for a bit you should sort it out, theres plenty of instructions here

Right click on DISK 2 and see what your options are.
Initialize? Redo the whole cf card...maybe..
Partition? Make 2 partitions, don't use the whole available space, use only 1gb per partition.
Maybe you just can't. Admit defeat and move tf on....
