using effects on the 4 outs?

alright,

i`m having problems trying to assign effects to the tracks i have running out of the 4 outputs.
if i switch them to master out the effect works fine, if i put them on either 1/2 or 3/4 i am unable to get the internal effects to be added?

what am i doin wrong?
or can it not be done on the akai os?

have studdied manual and back posts but can`t find anything,
any one any idea?

could be just me being a stupid tw@t!

From the way it reads, it sounds incredibly like the effects routing of 2kxl w/8 out board..

cheers , i knew all that, and yeah when assigning effect to pad it only works throuh the ST out not the 4 outs.

this is dissapointing, suppose i`ll just have to add external effects to my tracks 1/2 and 3/4 outs.

suppose i could track each track out on the stereo one at a time but think i`ll just relie on external fx.

it's a hardware limitation. nothing can be done with an OS upgrade.

I just figured this out recently.Effects only come out of the stereo out THATS IT.I dont know if the new jjos fixes this im only using the free version.All i use is reverb,flying pan and delay once i figure out how to sync to my tempo's

Yeah you cannot use effects on those 4 outputs with any jjos

i guess there stereo effects.The effects in the mpc are good but nothing like daw effects/plug-ins but aint nuthin wrong with using less cpu for daw effects. So if cats are readin i would still use my mpc effects this thread is not sayin no to mpc effects.
