lol, vestax is a buggy piece of outdated shyt. This is something different, this is really small and quality components though it isn't even yet manufactured :D haha. Read, there's interesting stuff about this..

ede, no its not yet manufactured but audio innovate will :)

These little beasts will be priced sumthin like 150-200 $ with audio innovate's Innofader NON CONTACT crossfader and full kill eq:s, thats CHEAP 8)

they want to work that midi capabilty in there too that would be sick.

no this is better then the o6 this has a nice eq and the up and down faders are sick they wont get in the way,

i wonder if they'll make one with an effect send ? that would be great this little mixer with effects and midi man i'll be bnring my mpc along with me too
this if it comes out will take over vestex

the old vestex are great still ....the new stuff i dont know about newark has taken it over and it's quality has gone downhill

MY 06 is built better and with more quality components than this will, especially if it hits for $200 or so...

i think the design of the 06 is better for performance, minus the eq anyway... imo, the vertical faders need to be closer to the crossfader to be able to flip them all with one hand still on the vinyl... but yea, the fader construction will probably be superior to the vestax schit too...

my OLD 06 is built like a tank, 6 years and the only thing its needed is a fader CLEANING once... but then again, im not nearly on the level as some of the turntable dudes in here, and probably dont give it the workout that some people do...

Co-sign. My 10-year old 06 is no "buggy shit" at all.

If all that is new about this piece are newer technology faders and MIDI (whatever for...)...sorry, I don't see the innovation.

it would be sooo sick to trigger samples and scratch with the fader on your mixer. thats just me i'm sure it can be done already....

i'm the same way i mix more then scratch but i like to scratch mix too so it need to get a work out here and there....
i'm just due for a new mixer my stanton sk1 is stuill kickin since it seen the lite ...i have one of the very first stantonmagnetic mixes i just need a new one but i dont want to pay big bucks cause i dont have it.

200 sounds good

but i thought i seen it was 150 175 thats gemini stuff there could it be that it would be much better then that.most good mixers are up in the 400 for one to last, shoot i paid 250 for my sk1 damn near 10yrs ago

the volume fader knobs are too small for juggling.. looks cool, hard to beat my 07 pro though..

If you are looking for ill mixer similar to vestax 06, wait a couple of months (or weeks if you're lucky :)) and cop a new version of eclers nuo 2, the nuo 2.0 and upgrade the fader to ecler eternal! thats ILL.

But the idea of this faderbox is to be different than nuo or vestax 06.

Btw, there reads that they're not gonna put midi on that faderbox. Its not a big deal to me though

the proII has no effect send and the cue sliders are in the way the proIII has them up more, other then that its tha same as the , i got a pmc610 way back in the days, but it's been about 10years since i bought a new mixer i had to splurge ths time and get another vestax.

i like this one cause of the knobs i dont like the slider Eq on the 07 thats why i got his one plus it got a bass cut thats sick. i use the eq when mix...alot.

you are an old school head ede to not be feelin the fader eqs on the 07. that to me is the best part of beatmixing w/ this thing. i know the old house type mixers were all knobs..fader too. but the 07 is just sex.
