how to get the BPM on a acapella....

every acapella i put on my beats seem to be off...i listen to 9th wonders remixes and pete rock remixes...the bars the rapper fall perfectly on top of the snare hits...almost like they recorded the song with them orginally..
anybody have any techniques on how to get my accapellas o stay on beat...?

plz help..this has been haunting me for months

Get the bpm of the original instrumental, if the mc was rhyming on point to that, then thats the tempo on his acapella. Understand?

sample the og track and get the bpms off it. done and done.

or take the easy way out.

No one said this was easy.

I've seen this posted 100 times, i don't get it..... Just pitch the damn record untill it's good. Or even change the mpc's bpm untill it's in sync.
I'm not exaclty a superDJ myself, but even I can do this faster than looking up the bpm on the internet or something.
