Erasing internal memory?

I cant figure out how to delete the internal memory. Any help?

you mean delete the sequences or programs. i don't think you can get rid of the programs, but i'm sure you can just highlight the sequence field and then press window or something to delete it/them.

If you delete all programs (window button in Program mode, Delete All Pgms) and then Purge all Samples (softkey same screen) you can then SAVE ALL PROGRAMS AND SAMPLES to the INTERNAL MEMORY and it will give you a message "No Programs to Save" or some other such garbage, after it's cleared the internal memory. When you start the MPC, if autoload is enabled, a blank Program01 with no samples will load at start.

Similarly you can SAVE ALL SONGS AND SEQUENCES after deleting all sequences and it will load blank seqs at start.
