OK..take a look at your sub folders by pressing the WINDOW button because you may have saved them but your looking in the wrong places.

I save the entire memory to a NEW FOLDER EVERYTIME and name it the same but add a number to keep it in sequence.

ie...Dahsong.......next time I reload the Dahsong and make some changes to it I save ENTIRE MEMORY to a new folder call Dahsong2...next time Dahsong3, etc etc ..this way I have one step back if i stuff up.

I never save over a previous saved folder.

I delete folders I don't need once I've reached a point where I would have no need to return to previous saves.

BTW this may be the odd way of doing it but it's never failed me yet.

Or you could back it up to PC via USB.

I had the same problem. Try this while in the save screen move down to where it says Root open this up via the window key. The next screen you see the Root on the left and the sub folder(s) on the right(If no folders create one using New at the bottom) move the cursor over to the folder(s) ( to the right). At the bottom it will say something like delete, cancel, new,. At this point go back to Save screen. You will now see the new folder in the location instead of root. You can then Save your material. The key is SAVE MATERIAL TO FOLDER(S) NOT TO THE ROOT!! I hope that helps.
