its a long story...so imma cut it short and just say...m-audio is trash....and havent updated the driver for the firewire solo since like october....so my firewire wont work and i have 4 joints in my mpc 1000 that i wanna 2-track into audacity (since pro-tools wont work without my firewire).....i was thinkin...there was a program made for the computer a yr or 2 ago that looks like a mpc on ur computer screen and could allegedly load mpc programs.....so i thought...maybe i can take my programs and sequences and load them in that program and somehow 2 track them to that program that way. does anyone know #1..the name of that program...and #2 if what im talkin about is possible?

MPCPad187 is Mac, BlueBox is PC. It is an editor/librarian. It's not a virtual instrument. It doesn't play sounds. It doesn't sequence or even edit sequences. Just works on pgm files...

I understand there's some way you can bounce a song internally. I've never had call to do that, but you could search the forum. HOpe that helps.

I can't find the links for MPCPad187 or Bluebox right now.
