Recycle does a lot and it takes time to explain everything that it does. You don't have to worry about timestretching with Recycle. It chops-up the loops in slices and generates a midi file to trigger each slice. So when you load everything up into the MPC, you can play the loop with any tempo and without any additional processing. Each slice is a beat within the loop. However, you can move the slices around to rearrange the loop in many ways that pleases you. You can also just take each individual slice(beat) and load it into the MPC to trigger it yourself in any way you like other than a loop. I can go on and on. To me, this utility is a must have for loops. In other words from the streets, Recycle is ignorant off the hook.
