Not Letting me choose where i wanna load sample on pads

when i try to load a sample or a sound of anykind, i press do it and then it flashes the percent block and then just goes away an nothing happens. its supposed to ask me what pad i wanna assign it to but its not doing it. weird never happened to me before

Press window in the load screen I think. It will give you the option to assign sample to pad ON or OFF.
