Resampling sequence in stereo w/ mono samples

Ello again helpful onez (cheekily),

I made a beat w/ all mono samples last night. The sounds were coming out both speakers so I assumed they were panned to the middle. I wanted to get it on my PC...

I resampled the whole sequence in Rec mode, it said...

'MAIN ......STEREO' which was right according to the manual but when I dropped the .WAV into the player I only had a left channel (+ in wavelab only a left channel showed up)

I don't get this guys (?) ..the beat originally played through left + right but when resampled in stereo it records it all in the left.

I guess it's something to do with using mono samples but I'm confused.

Any ideas?

Also, this 1 comes up a lot (soz): I have my sequence containing 9 tracks and I wanna map it out and add each part gradually. (I haven't done it yet) So I can copy the sequence to a new sequence and delete the tracks I want removed but then I have to delete the other 8 tracks one at a time, copy again + delete the other 7 tracks one at a time etc... Or I can copy tracks within a sequence. But you can't copy,say, track 1 of sequence 5 to track 1 of sequence 6...and then tracks 1+2 of sequence 5 to tracks 1+2 of sequence 7....and then tracks 1+2+3 of sequence 5 to tracks 1+2+3 of sequence 8??...

Do I have to copy the sequence and work backwards by removing tracks?

I know I could have switched sequences as I built up the track but I wanted it all on 1 sequence to begin with so I could hear it all at the same time.

Is there a good way of sequencing out a 'developing' beat when it's all in 1 seq. to begin with.

Is it impossible to copy tracks to different sequences (couldn't see it in the manual)?

Can you not sequence it live by recording your track mutes? That would be fun, no?!
