Hi

When playing multiple samples out of the individual outs on the same beat do the samples happen in perfect time? Does midi's serial information issues clog the timing? Or does that only apply to external gear? Thanks!

Inside your machine, prefect timing.

individual outs have nothing to with midi. midi is not audio.

external gear may have some midi latency, depends on a few things.

In mpc's sounds doesnt happen at the same time, timing is not perfect is variable.

example: if you sequence a phrase sample to play at the same time in two different tracks you will notice a variable phasing effect. If the timing was perfect you would notice a 2x amplitude.

Really? Why is that?
