Weird Problem in SONG MODE...

Sup guys?

Heres whats happeneing. Ill make a beat right... On the main screen. Then when I go to SONG MODE and tie all the sequences together to create the song it seems to be playing back fine. Once I convert the song to a sequence and playback everynow and then the song seems to skip at the pattern changes.

What causes this? Its getting under my skin...

its cuz you have your tracks mixed up on each of the diff. sequences. you have to make sure you keep the tracks the same on each sequence... ie-trk01 - kick trk02 - snare trk03 - hihat

That could be your problem but I had the SAME EXACT THING go wrong with mine. I **** with EVERYTHING and I couldnt fix it.

So then I said **** it and upgrade my OS on the MPC1000 to the new one.

BAM! Problem fixed.

make sure none of the tracks are muted on the sequenceSONG

DSP - did you get it working properly because I'm having the same problem.

Is it just an OS problem or do you have to make sure that the instruments used have to be consistent in tracks within all the sequences?

well... I already did the upgrade and it was doing the same thing. I think all the instruments have to stay in the same tracks. Still have to test it again...I will let U know. ok?
