HOW DO I UNLOCK THE SEQUENCE/SONG FILES?

I saved a song/seqeunce onto my memory card and dragged it to the desktop but will not open

my computer wont recognize the file type and when i import the raw data into audacity it just gives me a five second blip

are there certain settings i need to change when i import raw data or is it something else?

help a noob out

Wow, just WOW...

JUST because you can hook stuff up together doesn't mean, the other computer, sequencer, gear can read it...... Cmon, you never thought of that?

Just cause a Ferrari and a Volkwagon are cars don't mean their engines are interchangeable....

.SEQ is Akai only
.ALL is Akai only
.MID is universal to sequencers
.AKP is supported by a few different programs
.WAV is universal
.SND (Akai SND) is akai only, AWAVE can read it though.

Learn your file formats and whats supported on whatever gear your trying to import to/from.

What the ****, u tell me this like im supposed to know

someone told me in my other thread to drag and drop instead of using cables to get the songs out of the mpc because i was getting shitty quality and you come in here telling me i **** up n shit

u guys are no help at all, a bunch of arrogant assholes, i just needed some simple answers
