errr, that same old question again...

i want to get a bass module type synth,
just somethin that can cover all my bass needs, i've got an xl, so which one would people advise i get....

if i had to list influences i would say;
beatminerz, diamond d, mf doom, ant (from atmosphere) etc

ive got maybe £450 to spend which i guess is about $650

i use the Waldorf Pulse. It's a decent synth for the money, sound's fat. But it sucks at recreating real bassguitar-like sounds.
You could also try novation's bassstation.

if these are you influ. i would say sample all your bass and tweak em out like they do....
