Buying a password problem

I loaded up the jj os on my MPC, got my product ID, and gave my email address, and all the paypal info. It's literally been 24 hours... I still have not gotten it yet. Anyone have any ideas of what I should do?

check ur junkmail , and check that u havent set ur junkmail filters to exclusive , then try ask for an email to be resent if it hasnt arrived

Yeah, I checked my junk mail and it wasn't there and I don't have any filters. But I sent them an email last night. I submitted the form 3 days ago with my PayPal account and then I canceled it so I don't get charged for that. I sumbitted another one yesterday with a new PayPal account. I just don't understand what's going on because I thought that the email they send you was automatic and I see other people on these forums getting the password pretty fast.
