How to DVD for MPC 2500

Does anyone on here own this dvd? Any good?

I was looking forward to the 2500 dvd that zukan was doing but it seems to have been shelved. Would be tempted to get this if it's any good.

His YouTube videos are somewhat funny... kinda.

$15 is fairly inexpensive. If the information is in-depth and useful (not just a re-hash of the manual) and he actually offers information and tricks you might not have found out on your own then that's a very good price for the dvd.

If the dvd is just a bunch of his YouTube videos then it all basically looks like stuff you could figure out on your own or figure out by watching YouTube videos of course.

If anything, its gotta be better than the Samplekings' sh!TTy dvds (those guys should be sued).

Good, let us know if there's anything special in there. I doubt there is anything good in this dvd for some reason but I wouldn't mind dropping $15 if its a good dvd with useful information.

I was really lookin forward to Zukan's dvd, seemed like he was actually going to show something good. Hopefully he'll come out with dl's of the footage he managed to salvage.

My dvd will now be a cd rom for Macs/Pcs and might possibly be available as chapter downloads.

The dvd goes screwed up by the film company so have salvaged the content as a cd rom.

It will be the same content and cheaper of course.

I will keep you posted as of when the rest of the 'missing' footage is re-recorded.

Cool, where will this be available from?

when working on videos: Always keep the (dv) tapes as backup, and work on an external hard drive when editing. When you send your video off to be pressed, and they screw it up, send them another Or send them like 3 copies just to make sure it works out...

Yep, got all the original tapes and a separate HD for the files.

I bought this DVD from Preem. He's a cool cat and yeah, I got my learn on! He's good at making it fun and keeping things interesting and easy to pick up on. He basically goes over how he uses it, how to lay down the beats and goes over everything you need to know to start laying down that funk!
