is it easy to change btwn akai and jj??

i have the akai OS now but i'm thinking of trying out the JJ free (??) but what if i don't like it? is it easy to change back? i've read about this stuff around the web but i'm still confused. call me stupid but i've only used older MPCs up until very recently. thanks.

It's easy, you can change back and forth as often as you want witjout any problems... (but you're not going to want to change back... )

How easy is it to change between JJ OS 2 and Akai OS? I guess you lose Akai OS sequences and programs/samples in flash ram when installing OS 2. And when you go back from Akai OS to JJ OS 2, is that 2 installs - JJ OS 1 and then JJ OS 2?
