you can record audio tracks - go to the TRACK TYPE (it'll say drum by default) and turn it past MIDI to AUDIO.
then you can record (be sure to select the right input) live audio from your sequence.
sorry but what do you mean select the right input. i'm trying to direct record a guitar into the mpc. i have a mixer to run it through but i cant seem to get any sound

i only use them to bounce my VSTi's and Reason instruments when i go portable
since i don't play any traditional instruments, i VASTLY underutilize audio tracks
imho, the fact that audio tracks need to be re-triggered after a mute, rather than just be un-muted, make 'em kinda more like extra voies to me, rather thn actual usuable tracks...
hey i read this question on here before but i couldnt find it on the search. is there a way to get an audio track not on track 57 but on one of the lower tracks.
