hey everyone i had a question about the storage capacity of floppys when using the mpc 2000 (not xl). I do not have the external scsi zip drive so i use floppys to hold all my sounds programs and sequences. My question is how can i get the most out of my limited storage capacity? For example Damu the Fudgemunk on youtube uses floppy discs like me, he says he has one individual beat on each disc, and he uses a lot of longer looping samples, they are usually about 5 seconds long. My problem is that I dont know how he can possibly fit all these sounds on one disc, I can fit about four 5 sec samples on one floppy. How can he do this? Are there other floppy users out there like me? hit me up.
