Time to check your musical skills Alistar. Either we're gonna battle free or on a common ground. However, you say you compose, I sample. So let's find a common rule and do this.

Hah, no I definitely sample. But how bout this. Either we have someone pick us a sample or we each use our own. If someone else picks the sample, we have to listen to it and each of us must agree to it, because face it -- you can't make a beat that you'll be happy with if you think the sample you're using isn't gonna work in the first place. And when we do decide to start -- we need to do it in like ONE day. I noticed that a lot of these battles last a week or so. **** mixing and whatnot. No excuses.

I agree on someone third picking the sample. However, it's impossible for me to complete ANY song in one single day as I work extremely long everyday. Therefore you'll have to accept an open deadline or this battle is postponed until we can find a convenient timeslop for both of us.

I am afraid that my working schedule is quite unpredictable nowadays. But I will try to finish a song in 4-5 days. I know it sounds dissapointing but we can still do this just for the fun, regardless the bullshit we exchanged over at the other thread, cause at the end of the line it's music we both love. So, no hard feelings.

It might sound funny but I am actually Greek. However, I studied in UK so yeah, I guess I had to learn English at some level, lol.

I am an Internal Auditor in this huge transport company and these guys are driving me nuts cause they've been asking way too much these days as we are also caught in the global crisis. Whatever, I guess this whole shit will end at some point eventually, but a battle is a battle so we need to move on with it. Who should we "commence" in finding us a sample?

Who usually does the moderation? And to whoever does, please no weird ass hippie samples.

But what's Greece like? My grandmother went this past summer. She enjoyed it -- not sure which islands she visited, but one of her complaints is the massive amount of graffiti. Other than that, she said it was amazing.
