I am just writing the Pad Sensivity Editor Section for my manual and I am just wondering what 'Pad On Level' actually means. I checked JJ's website, but I didn't really understand the description given there.
So I tested it to find on my own. It seems that it corresponds to the selected velocity curve and changes it's sensivity. The lower the note on level value, the bigger the cuve and the higher the Pad on Level value is set, the lower the velocity is. So in the end, it feels like you have to hit the pad harder than before on the same Pad sensitivity setting. Am I right with this or did I make wrong conclusions here?
I am just wondering, why there are 2 ways of changing the pad sensivity...
Maybe someone could help me out here. THX
