Sync???

Ive got a Rowland Juno G and it has the sync feature and the MPC has the sync feature, but i cant figure out how to do it? Do i need to hook it up with USB?

With MIDI clock or MTC I guess... what kind of sync supports that juno?
I use both at the same time with my 4k, clock to the synths and MTC to the PC. MPC is set as master in my set-up.
