another spdif question

good morning

so is it possible to track 6 at a time? i am using jj os 4.9x.

basically my set up is like this:
mpc output 1 to mbox 2 pro input 3 (mpc to patchbay, patched on the front panel)
mpc output 2 to mbox 2 pro input 4 (mpc to patchbay, patched on the front panel)
mpc output 3 to mbox 2 pro input 1 (patched from the patchbay outs to the DI on m box)
mpc output 4 to mbox 2 pro input 2 (patched from the patchbay outs to the DI on m box)


i cant seem to get spdif to output sound in protools. i set up 2 (mono) aux tracks and (mono) audio tracks and set the input to spdif L and spdif R, and in the gpe window i set the sample/program to L and R and the sound goes to a different input in pt. is anyone using spdif and all 4 outputs effectivly??
