Information of OS2 price increase!

Most of the features JJ added as been in samplers/sampler workstations for decades. I don't think $29/$49 is too much for an operating system...which is about the same price I had to pay to update my Fantom X to OS2. However, bugs didn't come along with the upgrade. If you read the posts throughout the forum, you will see this is a major reason why many are holding back from buying the latest JJ OS. Not too long ago, JJ wrote that they were thinking about not doing an OS2 for the MPC 2500 reportedly due to few people using the OS. The only way to reverse this is to actually finish the OS.

If you visit the MV-8800 forum, you don't see a majority of the post about bug fixes, which is what you get here.

So I can switch from JJOS 1 to JJOS 2 by just holding down tap tempo? Schweet, If this is true I'm gonna get it this week and try it out.

it says on the JJ website that when you switch between the two OS at power up, the pad sensitivity will be reset to default on the previous OS you were working with, having said that - i've been switching back and forth and i'm having no problems with pad sensitivity at all.
