End point in regions changes

Peeps what up! First off, much Luv to the headz! Got this annoying thing thats been happening to me. It seems, when I chop a sample into regions, after I have tediously trim'd em, I find after I assign em to a prog. the end points seem to move, getting slightly larger, just beyond what i had actually set them at. Any suggestions on this order of business. peace

In the slice page did you set end margin to zero???????
