Pad triggering sounds assigned to neighboring pads problem

I'm a 2500 jjos 5.53 new user / ex-2000xl user/ and my pad is triggering sounds assigned to surrounding pads after so many hits...driving me crazy...regardless of which pad i hit, same result.... Need help...

I have that problem every now and then too. Only thing I can do is not use it for a while and it usually goes away. Its irritating but it doesn't happen that often to me. Sometimes a reset,holding erase while the mp is booting up, does the trick. You will have to turn the autoload off afterward.
